This is really a continuation of my posting here: https://sexcoinforum.com/index.php?topic=186.0   I'm starting a new thread to make the questions more searchable in case anyone else ever has a similar problem.

I sent a transaction from wallet #1 to wallet #2.  Wallet #1 shows the transaction in a "conflicted" state.  Does that mean the transaction was denied by the consensus and is now a dead transaction and not subtracted from my balance in wallet #1?  I can't tell for sure if it was subtracted from my balance in that wallet because (call me stupid) I wasn't being very careful about keeping a mental running balance in my head.

Coins sent out of a 0.6.4.6 wallet have less than 50% chance of making it onto the chain.

DON'T PANIC (tm).

IF they were sent from you 0.10.4.0 installation, the problem is most likely that there was some inconsistency in the wallet at the time it was imported. Not keeping the balance in your head is not a blunder.. that's why we have wallets.

IF they were sent from a 0.6.4.6 wallet after majority, they probably got submitted to the incorrect chain.( They are not lost ).

So.... There is a new command in 0.10.4.0 ... -zapwallettxes=1 . This will kill any transactions that have not made it to the blockchain, rescan your wallet, and present you with your balance.

If you want the long explanation, I'll be happy to go through it.

If you want to chase down what actually happened, get the transaction ID's in question and check them against the block explorer. Be sure to use be.sexcoin.info and NOT PROHASHING. Right now Prohashing and miningpoolhub have forked the chain and are all but ignoring us.

Also, make sure you do all this from a 0.10.4.0 client, and make sure you have synched up ( check the block height against the block explorer ).

This explanation seems more than adequate.  I'll post again if I run into something unexpected.

Thanks again.
